Directions & parking.

We're located in the Norwood Park neighborhood on Chicago's Northwest Side — easy to reach from the Kennedy and Edens expressways, with free on-site parking.

The building at 6323 N Avondale Ave has a private parking lot accessible from Avondale Ave. Parking is free for patients. Suite 256 is on the second floor — take the elevator or stairs from the main lobby entrance.

🛣️ From the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94 North)

Take I-90/94 (Kennedy Expressway) North toward O'Hare.

Exit at Nagle Ave / Foster Ave (Exit 43A).

Head north on Nagle Ave for approximately 1.5 miles.

Turn left (west) on Devon Ave, then after one block turn right (north) on Avondale Ave.

6323 N Avondale Ave will be on your right. Enter the parking lot from Avondale. Suite 256 is on the second floor.

Take I-94 South (Edens Expressway) toward Chicago.

Exit at Touhy Ave (Exit 38B) and head east on Touhy Ave.

Continue east on Touhy for approximately 1.5 miles to Harlem Ave. Turn right (south).

Continue south on Harlem Ave for about 0.5 miles, then turn left (east) on Devon Ave.

Turn right (south) on Avondale Ave. 6323 N Avondale Ave is on your left. Suite 256, second floor.

Metra Milwaukee District North Line: Exit at the Norwood Park station (Dee Rd & Northwest Hwy). From the station, it's approximately a 10-minute walk east on Northwest Hwy, then south on Avondale Ave to the clinic.

CTA Bus Route 90 (Harlem): Runs north-south along Harlem Ave. Exit near Devon Ave and walk east two blocks to Avondale Ave, then north to the clinic. Approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

CTA Bus Route 155 (Devon): Runs east-west along Devon Ave. Exit near Avondale Ave and walk north to the building. The clinic is approximately one block north of Devon on Avondale.

From Skokie: Take Dempster St west to Harlem Ave, then south on Harlem to Devon Ave. Turn left on Devon, then right on Avondale. (~15–20 min)

From Park Ridge: Take Devon Ave east into Chicago. Turn right (south) on Avondale Ave. The clinic is immediately on your left. (~10–15 min)

From Niles: Take Milwaukee Ave south to Devon Ave, then west to Avondale Ave. Turn right on Avondale. (~15 min)
